Handheld Digital Recorders, PDA devices
If you favor the mobility of a handheld recorder, we are compatible with and accept audio files from most of the popular devices in the market. We recommend UHER DH-10 or Olympus devices. You can dictate using your digital recorder at any place and at any time. Transfer all your dictations from the Recorder to your computer. Then transfer (upload) the audio files to our Web Server (Encrypted data) using your account (user name and password).
PC Applications
You can also use PC applications for recording your dictations directly on to your computer and then transfer (upload) the audio files to our Web Server using your account (user name and password).

Toll-free Instructions
Medical Transcription Voicemail Dictation Instructions.
Welcome to the MT toll-free dictation system. The following provides instructions on how to operate the system. After calling your toll-free number (800) 354 5576 you will be asked for your access code (XXXXXX) followed by the # key. You will then be logged into your own private extension. The system will ask you to press 2. Next, follow the instructions and begin dictation after the tone and press any key when you are finished or if you would like to pause for a moment. You will then be given a list of options shown below.
Remember, press ANY key while recording to access the pause menu.

Here you have the following options available from your key pad: * or # – Starts playing 5 seconds from the end of your dictation. Subsequent presses of * and # will jump 5 seconds back (*) or for ward (#). 1 – Continue your dictation. 2 – Listen to your dictation from the beginning. 3 – To finish and send your dictation. 4 – To cancel your dictation |
If you press 1: |
| You will be taken back to continue recording your dictation from the point where you left off. |
If you press 2, * or #: |
| You will hear what you have recorded and you will have the following options: * – To rewind 5 seconds # – To fast forward 5 seconds. 5 – To select a spot where you want to record from and immediately start recording from that point. All audio from this point will be replaced with the new recording. Any other key – Return to the pause menu. |
If you press 3: |
| Your message will be saved and you are presented with the following options: # - To hear the confirmation number for this message. (The confirmation number matches the message label online in WebLink.) 1 – To record another message using high priority (STAT). 2 – To record another message using standard priority. |
