Security Policy

The security system that we are following right now is that we have disabled floppy & CD drives, USB drive in the computers of staff. Internet access to the computers is restricted, they don’t have any right to upload or download the files.

Besides these we have installed Threat Management Device to monitor online activity of internet user, which let us know that who is doing what all the times on internet.  In crux, no staff person can copy the files on floppy, on CD, on USB drive, or upload on Internet from our premise.
Also, no chatting software like YAHOO, MSN, ICQ is installed on system to leak on the information by any other way.
